This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.4 in interfering into the civil disputes and threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with respondent Nos.5 to 7 in respect of House bearing No.20-115 admeasuring 249 sq.yards situated at Islampura, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda district as arbitrary and illegal. 2.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that due process of law would be followed if any complaint is registered against the petitioner. The allegations levelled against respondent No.4 that the Police interfered with the civil disputes pending between petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 7 are denied.

Recording the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.4 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 7 in respect of House bearing No.20-115 admeasuring 249 sq.yards situated at Islampura, Miryalaguda, Nalgonda district, without following due process of law. However, this order shall not have any bearing on the inter se disputes pending between petitioner and respondent Nos.5 to 7. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
