THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.4659 oF 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4gZ of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short .Cr.p.C.,) by the petitioners-Accused seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.490 of 2016 on the file of X(I Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Medchel. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after concluding trial, the Trial court has acquitted the petitioners herein in the subject Calendar Case. Therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed.
