HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.29712 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not providing individual electricity connections to the petitioners plots as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri G.Venkata Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Energy(Telangana) representing the first respondent, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel representing respondents 2 to 5 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel representing the sixth respondent.

It is the case of the petitioners that they are the owners of the different plots in Survey Nos.11/ 8 to 11/ 18 of Khanamet village of Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Petitioners have paid necessary fee and made application to the respondents to provide separate electricity connections to their respective plots. For one reason or the other, the respondents have not provided the individual service connections to the plots of the petitioners. 4.
At the time of arguments, both counsel with one voice submitted that the subject matter involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in Writ Petition No.32614 of 2015. Both counsel submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of W.P.No.32614 of 2015.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by both the counsel, the respondents 2 to 5 are hereby directed to release the individual service connections to the petitioners plots on payment of requisite charges within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Registry is hereby directed to annex the copy of the order in W.P.No.32614 of 2015 to this order. 6.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
