Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Assistant Government

Pleader for Revenue and learned standing counsel for second respondent GHMC and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Petitioner herein claims to be owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.28.05 cents, Khanajiguda village, Alwal, Malkajgiri mandal, R R District. Petitioner states that Occupancy Rights Certificate in relation to land to an extent of Ac.11.00 guntas out of Ac. 28.05 guntas was granted in the name of his father vide proceedings in Case No. L/3001/2012 dated 10.5.2013 and for the remaining extent occupancy rights certificate was not granted since said portion of land is covered by structures. Petitioner states that when third parties were trying to illegally encroach upon their property, he along with his father made representation to the second respondentDeputy Commissioner, Alwal circle dated 9.7.2013 and 3.3.2015 requesting not to entertain any application for permission of construction in land covered by Survey Nos. 365, 369 and 370, Kanajiguda village . Petitioner also made similar representation to third respondent District Registrar, Ranga Reddy district at Moosapet requesting not to entertain any documents in relation to above survey numbers.

Alleging that no action is taken on his representations, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that second respondent may be directed to dispose of representation dated 9.7.2013 and 3.7.2015 of the petitioner expeditiously, for which counsel representing respondents expressed no objection. Having regard to same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter it would suffice to dispose of writ petition directing the second respondent to dispose of the pending representations of petitioner dated 9.7.2013 and 3.3.2015 in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. Based on the reply given by second respondent petitioner is entitled to work out his grievances. No costs.
