Heard Sri Bovva Siva Sankar Rao, learned counsel holding for Sri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, advocate for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. The petitioner asked for writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in opening and continuing rowdy sheet against him, as illegal.

Though the writ petition was admitted, no interim order was passed at any point of time. In view thereof, this writ petition renders infructuous and disposed of as such.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
