This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.401 of 2012 from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam for disposal in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court passed an ex-parte order in F.C.O.P.No.401 of 2012 and the petitioner filed a petition to set aside the said order. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
