Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of this appeal with liberty to the appellant to take appropriate remedy against the memo issued by the Government, dated 22.11.2013, entrusting the investigation to the C.I.D. in Crime No. 140 of 2009.

Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. While granting the liberty, we shall not be understood to have expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
