This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bellampally to dispose of C.C.No.95 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that originally the complaint was filed in the year 2008 on the file of the court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bellampally and numbered as C.C.No.376 of 2008 and subsequently it was renumbered as C.C.No.95 of 2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bellampally is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.95 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________ T. SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
