THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9745 OF 2016 ORDER:
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri L.Ravi Chander, that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of the W.P.No.8544 of 2016 on 16.03.2016 permitting the petitioners therein to make application in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in lands and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') with supporting documents to the Tahsildar.
2. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3.
In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the petitioners to submit fresh applications in Form 6A prescribed under the Act to the 4th respondent within a period of two
(02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an application is made to the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent shall dispose of the same within a period of four (04) weeks there from, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
