No representation for petitioner.
The prayer reads as follows:
"...Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action of the respondents in not extending the police protection to the petitioner for protection of the land in Sy.No.1 of Hasmathpet village, Balanagar Mandal, R.R. District for which final decree was passed in Appin.No.711 of 2009 in C.S.No.14 of 1958, dated 26.02.2010 in pursuance to the request of the petitioner, as highly illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to extend police protection to the petitioner to protect the land in Sy.No.1 of Hasmathpet village, Balanagar Mandal, R.R. District in pursuance to the final decree passed in Appin.No.107 of 2010 in C.S.No.14 of 1958, dated 26.02.2010.." Having regard to the interim prayer made in WPMP No.32915 of 2013, the following direction was issued:
"The petitioner company appears to have submitted a detailed representation dated 07.09.2013. It is therefore only appropriate that that the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Alwal, the 2nd respondent herein, should bestow some consideration and deal with the said representation and initiate such action, as is considered appropriate and necessary by him.
Notice."
In view of the interim direction dated 21.09.2013, no further order is necessary in the writ petition, for if the protection is rejected it constitutes separate cause of action. Alternatively, protection is given, any person aggrieved by such order of 2nd respondent, can
work out the remedy by challenging the order. This Court has not considered the merits of the matter except dismissing the writ petition as no further order is necessary.
