Sri J. Sudheer, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this Contempt Case in the light of the contention raised as to whether contempt proceedings would lie before a Single Judge or a Division Bench. Learned counsel would state that the petitioners are now desirous of instituting a Contempt Case before a Division Bench. The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioners to institute fresh contempt proceedings before a Division Bench of this Court.
