CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.17245 of 2018 Dt:04.7.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue a writ, direction or order more particularly in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to produce respondent No.4 before this Honble Court."

After arguing the case, Mr. J.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to avail any other legal remedy available to them in law.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel, IA.No.1 of 2018 filed for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
