HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.24821 of 2002 Order: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ petition impugns the demand notice dated 4.12.2002, demanding a sum of Rs.4200/- plus penalty within seven days from the date of the notice.

From the prayer, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition further. This Court, though had admitted the writ petition, it never granted any interim order. In the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss this writ petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
