THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.R.P. No.2518 of 2018 ORDER:
The defendant is the petitioner.
The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 20.03.2018 passed in I.A.No.346 of 2018 in O.S.No.61 of 2011 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, Karimnagar District.
Through the application, the revision petitioner prays for getting on record, the following documents: 1.Original Pattedar Passbokk, vide patta No.104.
2. Original Title Deed, vide patta No.104.
3. Original Pattedar pass book, vide patta No.238.
4. Original Title deed, vide Patta No.238.
5. Mee Seva Pahani for the year (1427), dt.27.02.2018.
6. Land receipt, dated 28.02.2011.
7. Land receipt, dated 17.02.2013.
8. Land receipt, dated 12.01.2014.
The trial Court recorded the following findings and accepted the prayer.
After perusing the affidavit filed by the defendant and also the reasons recorded by the Court below, I am of the view that the decisions relied on by Mr.Srinivas Rao to challenge the legality of order impugned in the Civil Revision Petition have no application. The decisions relied on by the
petitioner are distinguishable and no ground is made out for exercising jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India.
The Revision fails and dismissed accordingly. The suit is of the year 2011, therefore, this Court is of the view that the learned trial Judge gives sufficient priority and disposes of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three (03) months from today. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
