HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13985 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that in pursuance to the notification No.22/2017, dated 02.06.2017 issued by the respondent for the posts of degree college lecturers in residential degree colleges (Women), the petitioner applied duly for the said post as O.C candidate and also appeared for the preliminary (Screening test) held on 10.09.2017 with hall ticket number 1701911831. The petitioner is also expecting 84 marks out of 150. While so, the respondent issued a provisional result notification on 20.01.2018, and the petitioner could not find her hall ticket number in the said list. As such, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.04.2018 to the respondent seeking declaration of marks and result for the said preliminary (Screening test), but no action has been taken till date.

Thereafter, revised provisional list of eligible candidates for main examination was published on 09.04.2018 in which petitioner's hall ticket number is not found. The grievance of the petitioner is that her case cannot be rejected on any account as she performed well in the said examination except committing a small mistake in bubbling the hall ticket number at one place. The petitioner further states that the main examination is schedule to be held on 17.05.2018, as such, she filed the present writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to declare her result and permit her to appear for the main examination scheduled to be held on 17.05.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that this Court in similar circumstances allowed writ petition Nos.26845, 34025, 37243 and 40185 of 2017 vide common order dated 30.11.2017, directing the 2nd respondent therein to evaluate the answer scripts of the petitioners therein and take further action depending on the marks obtained by them.

On the other hand Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent submits that results were already declared. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2018, in view of the aforesaid Judgment rendered by this Court in Smt.Sujatha Cheruku and another v.

The State of Telangana in WP.Nos.26845 of 2017 and batch, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
