THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.18542 of 2021 ORDER:

This writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both parties.

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of India declaring the action of the respondent authorities in interfering with the Civil Disputes i.e., in respect of the land in Sy.Nos.59, 62 and 63 for an extent Ac.02-03 gts., Ac 05-26 gts and Ac 03-00 gts respectively i.e., total extent of Ac.10-29 gts situated at Keesara Village and Mandal, Medchal District, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent authorities not to interfere in the civil disputes in the interest of justice ......".

Heard Sri S.M.Saifullah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

It has been contended by the petitioner that the respondent police are interfering with the civil disputes without registering any crime against him.

Therefore, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had contended that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the respondent Police not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner and not to harass the petitioner without registering any crime against the petitioner. 6.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents had contended that the respondents will not interfere

with the civil disputes of the petitioner and if any complaint is filed against the petitioner, then the respondents would investigate the case in accordance with law.

This Court, having considered the rival submissions of learned counsel for the parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner and if any complaint is filed against the petitioner, then the respondents are entitled to investigate the case in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
