THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8275 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 385 of 2013 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that after completing the investigation, the police have filed a final report on 04.10.2013 before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar referring the case as 'civil in nature'.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
