Heard Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants.

This arbitration request for a measure under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act is filed on the basis of tripartite agreement. The cause of action for this application was the refusal of two of the parties to nominate their Arbitrators.

It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the applicants that upon service of notice of these proceedings, the other two parties have also nominated their Arbitrators. 4.

Thus, the Arbitrator nominated by the applicants and the Arbitrators nominated by the other two parties are now proceeding to enter on reference.

This situation is recorded and the arbitration request is closed as unnecessary.
