The writ petition is filed on a mere apprehension seeking the following relief: ".... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in entertaining the applications submitted by the hut dwellers/third parties seeking regularisation of land admeasuring Ac.4-10 guntas in Sy.No.82, 122, 123 Part situated at Saidabad village and mandal, Hyderabad, belonging to this petitioner Society, under G.O.Ms.Nos.58 and 59 Revenue (Assignment.I) Department, dated 30.12.2014 as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the principles of natural justice, violates the Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to assign any portion of land belonging to this Petitioner Society to hut dwellers and pass...."
2. A perusal of the writ affidavit does not indicate that the petitioner having approached respective authorities and sensitized them and raised their objections. In that view of the matter, the basic requirement of writ of mandamus is not complied with.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned and raise objections as set out in the writ petition and any other ground which is available to them, in accordance with law. No costs.
