Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 20.03.2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.2630 of 2018 and batch. The same is not disputed by Sri P.Sudheer Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 and learned Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the said order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
