THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.14002 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 5th respondent in not investigating and not filing final report in respect of the Crime in FIR No.44 of 2013 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 384 & 506 read with 34 IPC against respondents 6 to 10, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the 5th respondent submitted that already investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.
