THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34690 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ or order more particularly, one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in seeking to dispossess the petitioner from her land to an extent of Ac.2.50 cents (1.00 Hec.) in Sy.No.67/1A situated in Kondamodalu Village, Devipatnam Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of A.P. Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulations and Rule 7(4) of the A.P. Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Rules, 1969 and consequently, to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the above mentioned land. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are not allowing her to cultivate the aforesaid land and they are orally threatening her and interfering in her peaceful possession of the said land. Hence, she prays to give a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to allow her to cultivate the said land. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with the following direction: Respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner in the aforesaid land without communicating in writing on the basis of the documents available with them.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
