THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4682 & 4683 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER:

These criminal petitions are filed under Sections 482 Cr.P.C questioning the inaction of the Judge, Family Court at Vijayawada in Crl.M.P.No.910 of in M.C.No.41 of and Crl.M.P.No.344 of 2018 in M.C.No.41 of 2006, alleging that the Judge, Family Court at Vijayawada is not evincing any interest for dismissal of the matter and adjourning the matter from time to time, though the petitioners are suffering financial loss for the last many years.

In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without touching the other merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the Judge, Family Court at Vijayawada to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.910 of 2017 in M.C.No.41 of 2006 and Crl.M.P.No.344 of 2018 in M.C.No.41 of 2006, at the earliest, in any view not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, both the criminal petitions are disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
