This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.13 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Srikakulam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 502 (2) read with 34 IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that challenging the aforesaid crime, the petitioner filed Crl.P.No.13983 of 2013 and this Court vide order, dated 11.12.2013, allowed the petition by quashing the proceedings in aforesaid crime against the petitioner and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. 3.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
