Grievance of the petitioner is that though he preferred a revision to the 2nd respondent challenging the order of the 3rd respondent upholding cancellation of petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization by the 4th respondent, the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies states that the 2nd respondent will consider the revision filed by the petitioner within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner before him challenging the order of the 3rd respondent within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
