There was no representation for the petitioner on 14.11.2017 and also on 06.12.2017. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, 'for dismissal'. In spite of posting the matter under the caption, "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner today also. Hence, the matter is taken up for final disposal on merits.

Heard the Public prosecutor appearing for the State. None appears for the other respondents in spite of notice. 3.

A perusal of the complaint would show that there are specific allegations against the accused constituting the alleged offence. The names of all the accused are categorically mentioned with specific allegations against each of them. Hence, this court opines that this is not a fit case for quashment of the proceedings.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. Interim stay granted by this court in Crl.P.M.P.No.6286 of 2011, dated 30.08.2011, shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
