This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing documents missing certificate, basing on the petitioner's application dt.10.06.2019.
Learned Assistant Government for Home produced written instructions dt.31.07.2019 produced by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Malakpet P.S., Hyderabad.
To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under:
" It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner Miryala Laxmi gave an application in Mee-seva stating that she lost her original link registered documents on 08.06.2019 while she along with her son were proceeding by walk from their house to Moosarambagh for taking Xerox.
It is submitted that the above said application was forwarded to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City on 12.06.2019, wherein the same was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Malakpet, the Station House Officer, Malakpet caused enquiry and during enquiry it was disclosed that the donor stated that Property Original Document No.2874/2014, dated 23.06.2014 registered at Hyderabad East was misplaced by him. As such the application given by the petitioner was rejected on 02.07.2019 and the same was uploaded in the meeseva site."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order dt.02.07.2019.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dt. 02.07.2019. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
