HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRL.P.No.6192 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed Under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the Petitioners-A1 to A4 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in Crime No.170 of 2015 of Chandrayanagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 I.P.C.

On a complaint given by the 2nd respondent herein, a case in Crime No.170 of 2015 was registered against the petitioners by the Station House Officer, Chandrayangutta Police Station, Hyderabad City.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor, representing the State.

The allegations in the complaint prima facie reveal the commission of alleged offence by the petitioners-accused. It is a matter, which requires investigation by the police. Therefore, I see no grounds to interfere at this stage with the investigation of the case.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to proceed with the investigation expeditiously, however, the petitioners-A1 to A4 shall not be arrested without following the procedure as

contemplated under Section 41A Cr.P.C.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
