This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 CPC assailing the orders dated 18.11.2004 in I.A.No.428 of 2003 in O.S.No.350 of 2003 on the file of the Court of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the purpose of filing the appeal has become infructuous in view of dismissal of O.S.No.350 of 2003 on 08.11.2017.
