THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 35924 of 2014 O R D E R :

Complaining that the petitioner was implicated falsely in a criminal case, as a counter blast, for filing Writ Petition No. 15102 of 2014, this Writ Petition is filed to give a mandamus to Respondents 2 to 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that after completion of investigation, a charge sheet was filed on 25.11.2019 on the file of the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Kukatpally and the same is pending trial.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Government Pleader, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly, closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
