The 3rd respondent herein, who was working as Draughtsman in R and B Division, Bhadrachalam, questioning the action of the official respondents in appointing the writ petitioner to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer by transfer, filed O.A.No.4292/2003 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad. By the impugned order dated 29.11.2004 the Tribunal disposed of the O.A. by directing the official respondents to strictly follow the rules for making appointments by transfer to the post of Deputy Executive Engineer. The petitioner herein, who was 3rd respondent before the O.A.

, was aged about 53 years at the time of filing of the writ petition and this court did not grant any interim orders pending the writ petition and by now he attained the age of superannuation. Therefore, nothing remains in the writ petition for adjudication and the same is dismissed. No costs.
