The Court made the following :

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not restoring the petitioner's fair price shop authorisation in pursuance of order dated 15-4-2008 of this Court in W.P.No.7141 of 2008 and order dated 1-9-2008 in E.C.Appeal No.57 of 2006 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Krishna District, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP), on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the interim direction of this Court, the petitioner's authorisation has been restored.

In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.4721 of 2009 is disposed of.
