This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to expedite hearing of the protest petition in Crl.S.R.No.5269 of 2019 pending on the file of the X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally, to dispose of Crl.S.R.No.5269 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
