ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not considering the objections, dated 14.11.2015 and 21.11.2015, filed by the petitioners against its proposal to grant building permission in respect of open place forming part of the premises bearing No.16-10-25, 16-10-47/2 in survey Nos.1898 and 1899 situated at Shiva Nagar, Warangal, in favour of respondent Nos.2 to 5, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mrs.P.Laxmi, learned standing counsel for the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent No.1, submitted that so far respondent Nos.2 to 5 have not filed any application for building permission and that as and when such application is filed, respondent No.1 will consider the objections of the petitioners before taking a decision thereon. The above submissions of the learned standing counsel for the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent No.1 are placed on record and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49490 of 2015 filed by the
