The case of the petitioner is that he has made application on 0712-2013 for regularization of the land admeasuring 400 square yards in Sy.No.142 situated in Kothagudem, Kothagudem Mandal, Khammam District in terms of G.O.Ms.No.373 Revenue (ASN.VII) Department, dated 2403-2005. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, who states that no application is received from the petitioner. Since learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will make fresh application in terms of G.O.Ms.No.373, dated 24-032005, it is open for the petitioner to make application in terms of G.O.Ms.No.373, dated 24-03-2005. On such application, the 1st respondent shall dispose of the same in terms of G.O.Ms.No.373, dated 24-03-2005 and pass orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
