HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.21534 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the land admeasuring Ac.0.40 cents of land situated in Sy.No.17 of Mangamur Village, Santhanuthalapadu Mandal, Prakasham District in the year 2008 through a registered sale deed bearing Doc.No.791/2008. Thereafter, he made an application dated 23.05.2008 to the 3rd respondent for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in his favour. In pursuance to the same, the 3rd respondent issued proceedings dated 11.03.2015 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner and accordingly, the petitioner's name was registered in the 1-B Register and also in pahanies. While so, in the month of September, 2015, when petitioner obtained 1-B certificate from Mee Seva, he found that his name was not reflected against the survey number 17. In respect of the same, the petitioner made representation dated 21.03.2016 to the 3rd respondent requesting to update his name in the online revenue records. But no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 21.03.2016 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties if any.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
