Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. C. Naresh Reddy, learned counsel holding for Mr. Avinash Desai, Advocate on record for the petitioner states that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 9.4.2012 passed in W.P.M.P. No.12404 of 2012.

The interim order reads thus:

"Notice.

Pending further orders, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner in respect of the land in question in any manner whatsoever without following due process of law."

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the interim order.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
