This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.2 in PRC No.9 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.

3. Permission is granted.

4. The criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
