Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging G.O.Rt.No.92, Higher education (IE) Department, dated 26.08.2014.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Interim order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
