THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.SUNI L CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.40201 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus to appoint Person-in-Charge to manage the affairs of Nava Chaitanya Yuvajana Sangam, Nagole (Regd.No.1489/1981) for convening General Body Meeting and Elections of Executive Committee of the Society as per Section 32(7)(a) of A.P. Cooperative Societies Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
