THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.716 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case, under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner, challenging the order, dated 15.04.2015, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No.61 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.266 of 2015 by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, whereby, the subject Criminal M.P.No.61 of 2015 was allowed and the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner herein was suspended on the same terms and conditions imposed by the trial Court, subject to the condition of the petitioner depositing 10% of the compensation amount awarded before the trial Court within four weeks from the date of the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subject Criminal Appeal No.266 of 2015 was disposed of by the Court below and as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal revision case, which is filed challenging an

interlocutory order passed in the subject Criminal Appeal No.266 of 2015.

Taking the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner on record, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. 5.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal revision case shall stand closed.
