This Contempt Case is hled by the petitioner alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.21424 of 2022, dated 19.O4.2023.

By the aforesaid order, this Court while disposing of W.P.No.2 1424 of 2022, has set aside the impugned Shortfall Report, dated 79.04.2022 and directed the petitioner to make a fresh application within two (2) weeks from thr: date of receipt of copy of this order to respondent No.4 seeking change of subject site from residential to commercial use by paylng necessary charges there for and thereafter, respondent No.4 shall pass a reasoned order thereon in accordance with law and also as per G.O.Ms.No.225 (Municipal Administration and Urban Development (III) Department,

l dated 30.08.2016, and communicate its decision thereon to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that on the representation submitted by the petitioner, proceedings uide Nos.C1/1996/743/2022, dated 26.08.2023 and Cll1996/846/2022, dated 20.O9.2023 were issued, directing the petitioner to submit building permission proposal to the Commissioner, Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation, Warangal and the same will be disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the same, there is no willful disobedience and violation on the part of the respondents. 5.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. However, if the petitioner 1S aggrieved by the orders passed by the respondents, he is at liberty to avail the remedies as available under law. There shall be no order as to costs. -,]
