HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 11063 of 2003 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent-University to continue the petitioners in service in their respective departments.

A perusal of the docket sheet discloses that this Court on 23.06.2003 while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction that if the petitioners are in service, they shall be continued in service as long as the work exists and till regular appoints are made. Pursuant to the said interim orders, if the petitioners are continued to work, their services shall not be disturbed. However, it is always open to respondent-University to take appropriate action in accordance with law, if there is no work load.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
