Yes/No HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.14438 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate steps in S.A.No.424 of 2015 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty as prayed for. Inasmuch as the sale certificate is not issued in respect of item No.3 of the sale notice, we direct the respondents not to issue such sale certificate for a period of one week from today. It is made clear that the Debts Recovery Tribunal shall decide the matter independently uninfluenced by any of the observations made in this order.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
