As there was no representation for the petitioner on 29.06.2018, the matter was posted for orders on 06.07.2018. In view of change in the portfolio, this Court again granted time on 06.07.2018 and the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP shall stand closed.
