Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled out of the Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, but learned counsel for respondent No.3 disputes the same.

Since learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw the writ petition, permission is accorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted earlier i.e. on 31-07shall stand vacated.
