Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development (A.P) for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P) for respondent Nos.2, 5 and 6 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 30.05.2017 to respondent No.6 marking copies of the same to other respondents herein, but no action has been taken on the said representation so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, and taking into consideration the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directing the respondents to take action on the representation dated 30.05.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to all the stakeholders.
