THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.12283 of 2015 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent No.2 in considering the representation, dated 11-03-2015 submitted by the petitioner No.1 seeking to permit it to go for B.Ed., admissions under Spot Admission Category into the petitioner No.2 College for the Academic Year 2014-15 as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power, and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to allow the petitioners to go for Spot Admissions for B.Ed., Courses for the Academic Year 2014-15 and pass such other order or orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
Heard Sri V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K. Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2. When the case is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 that the representation dated 11-03-2015, submitted by the petitioners herein, to the Regional Director, National Council for Teacher Education, New Delhi, the 2nd respondent herein is pending consideration, and the same may be directed to be disposed of.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider the representation dated 11-03-2015, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in the writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________ A.V. SESHA SAI, J.
