According to the petitioner, he was the member of the 4th respondent-Toddy Tappers Cooperative Society and the instance of the then President of the 4th respondent society, petitioner was removed from the membership and he was not allowed to lookafter the affairs of the 4th respondent society.

The petitioner claims to have made representations on 14.2.2017, 2.8.2017 and 9.10.2017 to the second respondent to enquire into the matter and to give necessary directions to the 4th respondent to continue the petitioner as member and also to pay arrears of his share amount from the year 2003 till date. 3.

As can be seen from the averments made in the affidavit, petitioner was ceased to be a member of the society in the year 200304. If the petitioner has any grievance of his removal from membership of the society illegally, he has to work out his remedies as available to him, under law, as rightly pointed out by the learned Government Pleader. The respondents have no role in the internal affairs of the society even assuming the contention of the petitioner is valid.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, as available to him under law, on satisfactory compliance with regard to delay and latches. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
