Heard Sri D.V.Nagarjuna Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3-TSSPDCL.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in revising the Open Access Energy Entitlements of the petitioner for the period from September, 2014 to March, 2015, thereby demanding additional amounts to the tune of Rs.10,54,430/- as highly illegal and arbitrary, and consequently set aside the same.

3. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 24-7-2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20438 of 2014.

4. Since the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 24-7-2014 in W.P.No.20438 of 2014, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15-4-2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such orders are passed, no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondents for nonpayment of the amount fixed in the revised bills. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
